Our aim is to ensure the satisfaction and happiness of all our customers with both our products and our service.

We consistently strive to maintain accuracy in our products and communication with you. However, if you encounter any issues or discrepancies, please rest assured that we are fully committed to resolving them promptly and to your satisfaction.

WARRANTY / COMPLAINTS

You have a one-year warranty on all products purchased from us.

Under this warranty, we undertake to repair or replace any defective product within the warranty period, provided it has not been damaged due to mishandling or normal wear and tear.

In instances where handling errors or incorrect product settings are identified, service costs may be applicable. This policy remains in effect even if no fault is found with the product.

Should you encounter a warranty issue and wish to lodge a complaint, please reach out to us. We will promptly provide you with information on how we intend to address the matter. If a product needs to be returned, we will issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with detailed instructions.

RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS – EU CONSUMERS ONLY

In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 working days. This cooling-off period allows you to reconsider your purchase decision and return the item if desired.

Cooling off period

The cancellation period will end 14 days after you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically receive the last item in the order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the order or contract clearly and explicitly. This notification can be made via letter sent by post, fax, or email.

Deadline

To ensure compliance with the cancellation deadline, it is adequate for you to dispatch your communication regarding the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period concludes.

Effects of cancellation

If you decide to cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).

We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling by you.

The reimbursement will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods from you, or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon explicitly. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Retention of reimbursement

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Return of goods

You must return the goods or hand them over to us promptly and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is considered met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period elapses.

Return cost

You will be responsible for covering the direct expenses associated with returning the goods.

Consumer’s liability for diminished value of the goods

You are accountable solely for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
